I am a Web Developer currently studying at NAIT! I hope to do great things and work with great people so I am open to oppourtunities. With a strong foundation in full-stack development, I specialize in using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to craft dynamic, interactive, and user-friendly websites. My proficiency extends to working with SQL databases, enabling me to create data-driven applications.

Manga Library
This project is a place where I can catalogue my collection of manga, it was a fun project to complete because it has practical uses for something I am interested in.
Probably the most important lesson I learned with this project was scope, I initially planned to do a lot more with this but it just got too big to finish within the timeline. I learned that I have to be realistic with my expecations of how much I can get done in a small amount of time.

PhaserJS Game
I made this project on my spare time to try and explore different ways to use JavaScript, this was a very simple game but it does include the fundamentals of game development using JavaScript.
Essentially you just have to run around grabbing the stars while dodging the bombs, arrow keys to control.

Movie Ratings
This was made for a school project, it has a list of movies and their ratings with the ability to sort through them using various filters. This project showcases my knowledge of using PHP to interact with a SQL database.
This was where I learned about the important of robust design, my instructor managed to break my site pretty easily so I had to go back and make several adjustments to make that harder to do. This reinforced the fundamentals of secure web development helping me to integrate these skills moving forward.

Movie Catalogue
Catalogue of Movies with their relevant information. Has the ability to add more movies through a form using PHP to add to the SQL database.
This project taught me the basics of using PHP to interact with an SQL database. This project taught me the fundamentals of backend database development that I will need moving onto bigger and better projects.
